US domestic shipping
How long does shipping within the US take?
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100, within the US which takes 2-6 business days.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International shipping
When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Petite Street Clothing has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 21 days in the US. This means you have 21 days from the date of delivery to post your item back to us. To request a return, please email us (hello@petitestreetclothing.com) with your order number and reason for return. . Please note, all sale items are marked as final and cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued for all returns in acceptable conditions (see below) within 21 days:
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached.
All Products are inspected on return. When trying on clothing, please be careful with the Product (e.g. do not apply excessive force when pulling zips) and do not wear products that could mark or scent a Product (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.).
If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
All customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
At this time we only accept returns for US orders. Orders from outside the US are not eligible for return.
PETITE STREET CLOTHING is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered tracked post for all returns, so you are able to track your package. Please ensure to keep your proof of postage.
